Twelve questions. Fifteen minutes. No email wall before you see your result. If you’ve read any of the last twelve posts and recognised your own business, this is where you stop guessing.
- The Curve Diagnostic scores your business across all Four P’s — People, Process, Platforms, Product — with three questions each.
- Your score places you in one of three bands: Still Climbing, Approaching the Plateau, or At the Top of Your Curve.
- The diagnostic doesn’t replace a real conversation. It just makes sure that conversation starts from an honest answer instead of a gut feeling.
Why Twelve Questions, Not One Big Gut Check
Every post in this series has made the same underlying point from a different angle: the plateau rarely announces itself as one clean signal. It shows up as decision latency in your team, a forecast you don’t trust, a CRM that’s quietly lying to you, or a pitch that’s stopped landing the way it used to. Any one of those symptoms in isolation is easy to explain away. Answer honestly across all four, and the pattern gets much harder to argue with.
What Does a Growth Curve Diagnostic Actually Measure?
It measures how much of your current growth still depends on informal effort, workarounds, and one or two people holding things together, versus how much runs on structure that would survive you taking a fortnight off. That ratio, more than your revenue number, is what tells you where you actually sit on your curve.
If you can’t answer these twelve questions confidently right now, that uncertainty is itself the result.
Take the Diagnostic
Answer honestly, not aspirationally. “Somewhat” is a completely valid answer, and probably the most common one.
Reading Your Result
Your total score out of 24 places you in one of three bands — there's no wrong answer, only an honest one.
- Still Climbing: most of your foundations are genuinely solid. Keep reinforcing what’s working before you add more weight to it.
- Approaching the Plateau: cracks are showing in at least one or two of the Four P’s. This is Handy’s Point A — the moment to act is now, while things still look fine from the outside.
- At the Top of Your Curve: multiple systems are under real strain at once. This is exactly the moment described across this whole series: the model that got you here has reached its limit.
A diagnostic doesn’t fix anything by itself. What it does is remove the option of continuing to guess.
Every business we’ve ever worked with already knew, somewhere, which of these twelve questions they’d answer “no” to. This just makes it official — and official is what finally gets it fixed.

Is the Curve Diagnostic free?
Yes. No email required to see your result, and no obligation attached to it.
How is the score calculated?

What happens after I get my result?
The result includes a direct path to book a discovery call, where we’ll go through your specific answers and what they suggest about which of the Four P’s to tackle first.
